T.G.I.F. - TODAY GOD IS FIRST
I practice #12 as often as I can because I realize there is alot of power in a "smile."
Thank you, Vicki, for this wonderful and inspiring list. These words are wise and great reminders of how to live with joy and purpose. Life is, after all, precious and all too short and we must celebrate and treasure every single day!
Lots of great, easy to incorporate ideas here, thank you.
Thanks for the list of inspiration mate, I will rise each day saying Today, I choose to follow God's lead...God bless!
All of these tips are not only wonderful, but vital to good health. It exhausted me just to read them! LOL If only we would do even half of them, our quality of life and that of those around us would improve.
What great tips. I certainly could benefit from following some of them. Thank you so much for sharing them.
Great list - I loved the idea of making 3 people smile! I try each day to do something nice wherever I see an opportunity - and there is always an opportunity to bring some light into someone's life!

This is the kind of list I want to print out and keep on hand to refer to, the next best thing is to link to it with a few words to my "Sunday Inspiration" on HerBulletin of Happy Nutritionist's Nuggets...I hope it brings a few visitors to your lovely blog. God bless you today!
Hey Vicki, it was great talking with you at the Michael Hauge retreat.
I tagged you! You're it! The details are on my blog at http://blog.sarahmakela.com.
=) Have a great day!
Vicki, you forgot #41: Give Karen L your teddy bears!
Oh, and you've just been tagged.
So many of these spoke to me I can't begin to list all of them but I loved the one where you suggest we spend more time with people over 70 and under 6. It's always good to remember where you've been and see where you're going.
I'm taking #4 with me to my art show tomorrow to remind me that my purpose there is to sell art, not to read, not to chat but to make my living.
And everyone please take #37 to heart. When your family is gone it's to late to talk to them, laugh with them or tell them you love them.
